Every piece at Shining Gift is handcrafted by master artisans. Natural variations in color, texture, and pattern are part of what makes each item unique. Product photos are real samples, though slight variations may occur between batches.
All prices are listed in USD. We accept payment via Payoneer invoice. To place an order, contact us through WhatsApp or email — we'll discuss the specific piece, confirm availability, and arrange payment.
Global shipping with full insurance. Each item is packed in a military-grade wooden crate with double-layer foam protection, then shipped via DHL Express or equivalent carrier with 100% full-value insurance. If damage occurs in transit, the insurance covers it, and we arrange priority reshipment.
Estimated delivery times: 5-12 business days depending on destination.
Each product comes with a numbered certificate of authenticity confirming its origin, materials, and the artisan who crafted it. If the certificate does not match the product description, we offer a full refund.
Due to the handcrafted and often one-of-a-kind nature of our pieces, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery only if the item differs materially from its description or arrives damaged. To initiate a return, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of any damage.
Custom-made or personalized pieces are non-refundable.
